Many are feeling a strong urge to give up. Waves of confusion and heaviness are pummelling many hearts with the intent to bring destabilisation and isolation. The enemy is flaunting his power and trying to squash hope in the hearts of many.

There is an intense assignment of the enemy to release hopelessness and futility just now.  Many are feeling shaky, insecure and uncertain where only a moment ago they felt sure and steady. This assignment is intended to undermine security of heart and surety of hope but His promises are sure even today.

As I sought the Lord about this intense wave of hopelessness I sensed many were on the verge of giving up. Many were saying in their hearts, “why bother” and overcome with intense disillusionment. A strong desire to run and give up has been gripping hearts.

As I pressed in to the Lords heart about this, the Lord said, “this is a spirit”. “This is an atmosphere that can be shifted through worship”.

The enemy is shouting loudly GIVE UP and seeking to invade all forms of communication with the same lie. The Father would say however, “STAND STRONG”, and worship Me.  Worship will shift this atmosphere.

“My Glory is going to trump all that the enemy can throw at you”. Stand strong and you will see the goodness of the Lord in your current NOW circumstances.

“Worship Me” I sense the Lord say. Worship me IN THIS SEASON not only because I am worthy, but because I am Breakthrough. I AM the God of BREAKTHROUGH even now. Worship me in the season of onslaught and see the air waves clear. Worship me in THIS season and see the lies fall to the ground.  Confusion will break and clarity return. Worship me in THIS season and watch me turn everything around.

Isaiah 59:19 (NIV) says, “for He would come like a pent-up flood that the breath of the Lord drives along”. Its the time of the pent-up flood of glory. Its the time of breakthrough like the rushing of waters.

2 Samuel 5:20 says (NASB), ”The LORD has broken through my enemies before me like the breakthrough of waters.”

Psalm 44:4 (NIV) says, “You are my King and my God. You command victories for Israel.” God is commanding the victory, and in this there is rest even in the battle.   The Lord would say, “As you worship and look to Me you will see the strongholds break because I AM BREAKTHROUGH.”

The enemy is flaunting his hand. But God is decreeing His hand. Hold tight and see this wave of confusion and weariness break off you.

This is the season of your greatest breakthrough. Recognise this onslaught of heaviness as an assignment of the enemy and press into God’s heart through worship. This will break off. Worship is crucial just now. Hold onto Him as He is the Breakthrough.

You are entirely secure in Him. I hear the Father saying, “be strong and courageous for I am with you” and I am empowering you to stand.  What I ask you to do, I empower you to do. I am empowering you with courage. I am empowering you to continue. I am calling you to “seek Me and ask Me” for the truth is, “I am with you and I have not left you”. I AM YOUR BREAKTHROUGH. Worship me.
